What this website collects

This is a static informational website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social-media tracking pixels. We do not know who you are when you read it.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time — for security and capacity reasons. Those logs are the host’s routine infrastructure records; we do not use them to identify visitors.

What we collect when you contact us

When you call, email or book a visit, we ask for what the job needs: your name, phone number, the service address, and what is wrong. We use it to quote, dispatch, do the work and invoice it — nothing else.

Because locksmithing opens doors, we also verify you are entitled to the property or vehicle: photo ID and something linking you to the address. We look at it; we do not keep copies unless a specific job requires a record, and we tell you if it does.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not run marketing lists. We share job details only where the work itself requires it — for example ordering a specific part — or where the law compels us.

How long we keep it

Job and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. If you want the details we hold about you copied, corrected or deleted, ask; unless a legal obligation forces us to keep a record, we will do it.
