Booked jobs, dispatch, and no two days alike

Lockouts, rekeys, hardware installation, automotive keys and programming, safe work, and commercial door hardware. Days are a mix of booked jobs and dispatch, and no two look alike.

The van is yours to run and to keep stocked. You are trusted with a route rather than followed around it.

No upselling at the door. Ever.

Prices are published and quoted before dispatch, so there is no upselling at the door and no commission on inventing a reason to drill a lock. If you have worked somewhere that paid you to find problems, this will feel strange for a fortnight.

You will verify that the person letting you in has the right to. Every time, including when it is awkward.

Texas requires a licence and a background check for this work. If you do not hold one yet, say so — it is a process, not a barrier.
