WHAT IT COSTS TO HAVE US OUT
One call-out, credited against the work
A service call is $19 ($49 between 8pm and 7am, at weekends and on holidays), and it is credited against the work if you go ahead. One service call per visit, credited in full against the work if you go ahead. After-hours applies 8pm-7am, weekends and holidays. It is stated separately rather than folded into the job price, because a number that hides the call-out is the same trick with better manners.
Job prices are published on every city page and every service page. They are starting ranges: the final figure depends on the lock and the door, and it is confirmed with you before work starts — never after.
