A safe door open showing its boltwork, with a spanner on the bolt linkage

Published before we drive, not after

From $129–$479 per safe. Which component failed. A relocker that has tripped is the long end.

That is a starting range. The top of it can move, and the final figure depends on the lock, the door and what the technician finds on site. On the large majority of jobs we land inside the published range, and the number is confirmed with you before any work begins. Prices run a few dollars higher in the outer-ring cities — that is drive time, nothing else, and each city page shows its own figure.

What happens when we arrive

  1. Fault diagnosed: lock, bolt work, relocker, hinge or handle
  2. Failed component replaced with the correct part for that safe
  3. Bolt work adjusted and the door cycled repeatedly with it open
  4. Combination or code re-verified and the safe returned to service

Typically 1–4 hours.

What to have ready

When this is the wrong call

A safe already locked shut is an opening first — the repair follows once it is open.

What people ask before booking

My dial feels gritty and stiff. Does that matter?

Yes — that's the usual warning before a mechanical lock fails and locks you out. Servicing it now costs a fraction of an emergency opening plus a repair later.
